"So far so good! My husband and I have had another insurance company for over 52 years. We have looked for a company and an agent we felt we could trust for over a year. Chad and his staff have been professional, knowledgeable and timely. I hopefully will be able to echo the same traits if and when we have a claim. Given it is spring in Colorado that could be anytime!!!"

"I was with State Farm for 30 some years when I moved to Colorado and then I switched companies. I talked to Sean at State Farm and decided to come back. He treated me very fairly help me out more than I thought he would great people great staff if you’re thinking of going with State Farm, I think you can trust him."

"Please, please, please, do not use this agency. Over the course of the past several years this agency has shown that they are not customer focused. They have had poor communication, lack of follow through, poor customer service, and extremely low payout assistance in the event you have a claim. State Farm is shedding their market share in CO because they were overleveraged when the major hailstorm hit a few years ago. For your own sake, please do not get drawn in by the lower monthly cost for their insurance - you will pay for it in the long run, and it is not worth the headache."

We know that our team was in constant communication with you regarding any billing questions, coverage questions, or policy changes over the years that you were our customer. Unfortunately, our agency, as with all agencies, is still at the mercy of underwriting and the claims department. We are extremely sorry that your experience changed your view on our office and staff. We’re continually working to improve our processes and will provide your feedback to the appropriate department."

"Great First Impressions! Since I was dumped by another insurance company in Colorado, I needed to find another Home Insurance company. I was recommended by friends to try Chad Carlisle's office since they had been great for them. They have been very clear and concise with explanations on coverage and the like which is better than what I had before. And the price is great in comparison to other companies!"

"I originally switched over to Chad Carlisle State Farm because of Nick's great customer service. It was better than GEICO. Now, nobody can tell me why my insurance keeps going up despite not having any issues in many years! I am paying more for insurance than what the car is worth. When I moved, they forgot to transfer my account properly. In fact, they said they did but never did. Thank goodness followed up and actually check the bill. Customer service sucks here. They NEVER call or text you back. When they do, they have bad attitudes. The only thing that's good is road side assistance. Finally had to use it but, not worth the price this company is stealing from me! Don't trust this State Farm. Can't comment on the other ones. This one is not worth the time or money!"

"There were so many issues I had with Chad's office that if I wrote it all, this would be a novel. I'm going to touch some of the issues I had with Chad's office. Chad was recommended to me by a close friend. He was able to reduce my rates and provide better coverage when I joined. Things were good for several months then we had to make a claim. We called into the office and spoke to one of Chad's representatives. They provided us with incorrect information and it made the process very difficult. We then purchased a new car and sold our old car. We called in to get the new vehicle insured and take the insurance off the old car. The representative from Chad's office didn't give us the correct quote, due to making the new car it's own policy and not bundling things with other vehicles and home. They then placed the new vehicle on it's own payment instead of adding it with the automatic payments with everything else. They also created other issues. I talked directly to Chad about the issues I had with his rep's and he informed me that he was having issues with high turnover of employee's. I informed him if I have any issues in the future, I want to only work with him to make sure things are done correctly. Chad informed me this wouldn't be an issue. I had issues month's later, reached out to Chad and never could get in contact with him. I would leave messages with his team and I would never here from Chad. I had other issues where my insurance was dropped on one of my vehicles, which I was not aware of until I went to get my plates renewed. Tried to contact Chad about this and he was MIA. I finally got in contact with Chad and advised him of my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving. I was professional when I express my dissatisfaction with Chad and his team. Chad told me " I have over 4,000 clients and don't have time to call everyone of them when they have a problem." Chad is not professional, was very rude and didn't seem to care about our issues. I would not recommend his office."

The two instances you referenced were corporate errors that our team worked to resolve by contacting the company and making the request for the corrections to be made. Unfortunately, the manner in which you spoke to my team and myself made it so that we did not feel comfortable continuing our existing relationship with you. "I was with State Farm for 20 years. My previous agent was great and we had no issues with anything during our time with him. Unfortunately his clients were passed on to Chad Carlisle and had constant issues at that point. I couldn't even get them to call me back about adding a policy, but the breaking point was constantly changing my policy, asking me to sign something decreasing my coverage at least once every 2 months over the last year, just to receive a bill that was $200 higher than the previous month (nothing changed, no accidents and no claims). Waited over a week for them to fix it so I could pay my bill (they assured me this would happen) and nothing was done. Left me zero choice but to move on. The lack of caring for their long term customers is disturbing. Not once to Chad reach out to me himself. Happy to be moving on!"
